- Ordinary Resolution: Appointment of Auditor
AISA acknowledges the longstanding relationship with our auditors LBW & Partners. In pursuit of governance best practice with respect to auditor rotation, AISA has approached the open market to seek a new auditor. AISA directly approached five audit companies and, through a competitive selection process that considered tenderer capability, experience, capacity, proposed approach, and value for money, the Board proposes the appointment of StewartBrown (ABN 63 271 338 023) as auditor.
